I reinstalled my sims 3 games and when trying to install the no sparkels, no intro, and overwatch, the package files do not have the normal icon instead it is a blank page and I do not know what program to use for them. I have spent all day looking for the answer and have had no luck, thank you for any help. The game does not come with a Mods folder, the player needs to add in the Framework (three folders nested correctly plus the required Resource.cfg file in the correct place).
